To access real-money gaming on jackpots, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
Each individual may hold only one (1) jackpots account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. jackpots reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.

You will be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID) and proof of address. jackpots may also request additional documentation at any time in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jackpots Login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PIN with any third party. jackpots will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jackpots support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
jackpots accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. jackpots does not accept deposits from third-party accounts – the payment method used must be registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. jackpots aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days. jackpots reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.
All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). jackpots is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
If your jackpots account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, jackpots may classify the account as dormant. Dormant account fees may apply in accordance with jackpots's dormancy policy, which will be communicated to you before any deduction is made.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by jackpots are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. jackpots reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period.
jackpots employs fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players. jackpots reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings and to suspend accounts where abuse is detected.
jackpots operates a loyalty points program. Points are earned on qualifying real-money wagers and may be redeemed for bonus credits or free spins in accordance with the loyalty program terms. jackpots reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time with reasonable notice.
All games available on jackpots are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, jackpots reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. jackpots's decision on all game-related disputes is final.

All content on the jackpots Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of jackpots or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jackpots Platform without prior written consent from jackpots.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jackpots shall not be liable for:
jackpots's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jackpots account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jackpots's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Upon closure of your account, your licence to use the jackpots Platform terminates immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination – including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law – shall continue to apply.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact jackpots customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jackpots will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
